Mission Statement of Brush Arbor
Isaiah 58:12
"And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places; thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generaions; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in."
Mission Statement of Brush Arbor Ministries
A National Heritage Foundation
In conjunction with the Mission of the Brush Arbor Foundation, A National Heritage Foundation also founded by Dr. Jerry L. Hayes in 1995.
The Mission Statement of that foundation which states its purpose is to "rescue, relocate, and restore original pioneer log cabins and other authentic log structures to the Brush Arbor Appalachian Pioneer Village", which is strategically located at Renfro Valley, Kentucky;
The Brush Arbor Ministries
has as its purpose, vision and mission to
"rescue lost souls, relocate them to the foot of the cross where Jesus died for their sins, and
to restore them and their faith and to set their feet on the path of righteousness
so that their eternal lives may be secure;
And, that they too might be inspired to follow and to realize their calling,
their vision, their mission, their dream,
no matter what the odds, or obstacles, discouragement, or adversity, to also serve our Lord Jesus Christ, in a way that others may be rescued, relocated to the foot of the cross, and restored by faith."
The Brush Arbor Foundation was founded according to
Isaiah 58:1
and physically built the Appalachian Pioneer Log Village according to that scripture using authentic pioneer log cabins.
The Brush Arbor Ministries now will occupy that village as its base of ministerial operations
to practice this ministry according to its Mission Statement, according to that same scripture, Isaiah 58:12,
using the Holy Bible as its roadmap and source of guidance.
